润滑油添加剂的应用

 

 

Annual consumption of lubricating oil in our country is 4,800,000Ton which means to involve billions of machines. Lubricating oil is essential to equipments’ condition, being the soul and lifeblood to equipments’ operation. Equipments lubrication is very important to industry production, which should be paid overall attention. However, we have to keep the fact in mind that recycle of lubricating oil is less than 10% at home at present, so it is regarded that too much lubricants has been wasted. For management and maintenance staff know little things about lubricating technology, they may choose improper lubricating oil and their poor lubricating management will bring serious damage to the equipments. According to the statistics, equipments’ accidents and damages caused by lubrication inefficiency and lubrication failure have achieved to more than 65%. Equipments lubrication invests less with higher profit, so it must be given high attention and caution.

 

Certain material, which is added between rubbing pair of equipments to reduce friction, are called lubricating material, such as lubricating oil and lubricating grease, and it is also named lubricants. Because there are different types and character of rubbing material, accordingly there are different requirements and selections of lubricating materials.  Therefore, only proper selection of lubricating material will reduce friction and wear, and increase equipments’ service life with benefits of energy-saving, normal operation and economic profits. Especially for those modern equipments with characteristics of high precision, speed and efficiency that propose higher and higher requirement for lubricating material with characteristics of anti high temperature, extreme pressure, high speed, corrosion.

Compared to National Standard II, particle subsistence and NOX in National Standard III has been reduced by 30%. Meanwhile, National Standard III has clarified the prescription of limited value of emission and its evaluating way, and it also make more strict requirement for engine, fuel and lubricating oil. For example, owners of gasoline motor car are recommended to use lubricating oil of higher level than SJ, in order to lessen the sulphur content in lubricating oil, reducing the possibility of invalidity for tail gas emission to three-way catalyst. Whereas, owners of diesel motor car are recommended to use CH-4 or higher level engine oil. There are more than 4000 lubricants manufactures in our nation, and most of them are orientated low side which contains little technology. Facing the challenge of standards III and IV, if they want to survive in the competitive market they must enhance their technology foundation.

高温固体润滑主要体现在两个方面:高温固体润滑剂和高温自润滑材料。常用的高温固体润滑剂主要有金属和一些氧化物、氟化物、无机含氧酸盐、如钼酸盐、钨酸盐等,另外,还有一些硫化物,如PbSCrxSy也可作为高温固体润滑剂。.高温自润滑材料可分为金属基自润滑复合材料,自润滑合金和自润滑陶瓷等。金属基自润滑复合材料是指按一定工艺制备的以金属为基体,其中含有润滑组分的具有抗磨减摩性能的新型复合材料,它将润滑剂与摩擦副合二为一,赋予摩擦副本身以自润滑性能。自润滑合金是对合金组元进行调整和优化,使合金在摩擦过程中产生的氧化膜具有减摩特性。自润滑陶瓷包括金属陶瓷和陶瓷两大类。
Solid lubrication of High temperature mainly embodied in the following two aspects: high temperature solid lubricants and high temperature self-lubricating materials. Commonly used high temperature solid lubricant mainly contains metal, some oxide, fluoride, inorganic acid salt, such as oxygen molybdate, tungsten acid salt etc, in addition, there are some sulfide, such as PbS, CrxSy are also available to high temperature solid lubricant.High temperature self-lubricating materials can be divided into metal-based self-lubricating composite materials, lubricated alloy and self-lubrication ceramics, etc. Metal-based self-lubricating composite materials refer to base on metal by certain technology, which contains lubrication components of the anti-wear and friction-reducing performance with new type composite materials. It rolls lubricant and rubbing pair into one, endows self-lubrication to rubbing pair. Self-lubricated alloy adjusts and optimizes alloy units, oxidation film formed in the process of rubbing alloy can reduce frictional. Self-lubricating ceramic includes metal ceramics and ceramic.
Adding additive into lubricating oil will improve lubricating performance by making oil film adhere closer, because most additive is polar material that reacts with metal surface material, forming a chemical absorbed film.  In addition, additive will decompose polar material as sulphur, phosphorus and chloride when part rubbing pair works in high temperature and extreme pressure.  Those polar materials also will react with metal, producing reactant to prevent metals join together. At the same time, the existence of additives increase contact area, so the contact stress will be lessened accordingly. What’s more, additive makes the surface become smooth gradually, improving lubrication.
According to lubricating additive functions, they can be classified as detergency, dispersant, antioxidizing corrosion resistant agent, extreme pressure anti-wear agent, oily agent, friction improver, viscosity index improver, fall flocculences etc. Additive usage and dosage should be based on the additive factory instructions. Sometimes they had to be formulated into mother solution then add to lubricating oil. Sometimes they should be diluted first before adding into lubricating oil. For example, diluting silicone oil need about its 10 times amount of paraffin before adding in the lubricating oil. Good Oil-soluble additive may also add directly with proportional oil. Small amount of trail is necessary; batch manufacture can be done after the testament and tryout in accordance with requirement.
某发电机分厂C61125A大型卧式车床由于原设计顶尖、活动托架载荷达18t,由于载荷加大,致使转速降低。长期以来,一直影响分厂的生产能力,降低分厂的生产效率,造成产品质量下降,(表面粗糙度达不到工艺要求;Ra3.2)只能加工重量在20005000kg的发电机,励磁机等转子。对于重量在89009800kg的发电机转子,由于主轴轴承负载过重,造成主轴转速下降,为了减轻主轴轴承的载荷,以使主轴转速升高,在转子中间增加一个滚动托架,但增加了调整卡钳,滚动托架找正时间,延长了产品的加工周期,而且转速只能达到4050r/min,加工出的产品质量(表面粗糙度)不能满足工艺要求。后采取措施:我们在机床主轴箱机油(30#机械油)内,按润滑油油量比例添加5%的“万灵霸”润滑油添加剂。经过8个月试运行,主轴载荷重量在2005000kg的发电机、励磁机转子,加工试验效果很好,机械、电器均未发现异常,加工出的产品精度达到工艺要求(表面粗糙度:Ra1.6)。而后又对主轴载荷重量在89009800kg的发电机转子进行加工试验,低速40r /min逐渐升至80r /min,检测电机的起动电流、升速电流、运载电流的变化,均在正常范围内。后来又把转速上升到140r /min160r /min之间,用同样方法对机械、电器检测,均未发现异常变化,加工出的产品的质量满足工艺要求(表面粗糙度提高一级达到Ra1.6)。对机床主轴轴承用CMJ-1型冲击脉冲计检测,均无异常,证明机械磨损明显减小,轴承使用寿命延长。
A generator sub-plant has large horizontal lathes C61125A, because its original top design, and adjustable bracket can load 18t weight, leaving speed reducing as load increase. Therefore for a long time, its production capacity and efficiency is affected, causing the product quality drop, (surface roughness can not reach the technological requirement; Ra3.2) only can process rotor of weight between 2000 ~ 5000 kg as generators, exciter and etc. For a generator rotor of weight 8,900~9800kg, its speed of base bearing reduced because of too much load.There is a rolling bracket fixed to speed up the base bearing by reducing load, but the fixed adjustable calipers increase time  alignment of rolling bracket, which prolong production period. And production speed only to reach 40 ~ 50r/min, products manufactured quality (surface roughness) can't meet the technological requirements. Then we take measures to change the situation: according to prescribed ratio, we add 5%“Liquid Bearing” into machine tool’s main spindle box (30# machine oil). After eight months’ commissioning, satisfying processing test results go generator and exciting dynamo rotor of base bearing with load of 200 ~ 5000kg. Mechanical and electrical appliances work normally as usual, processing precision of satisfy requirement (surface roughness: Ra1.6)And then generator rotor was tested when its base bearing carry the load between  8,900 ~ 9,800kg processing experiment, low-speed 40r/min gradually rose to 80r/min, detecting starting current, acc current, carry current changes of the motor are in the normal range. Then we raised the speed between 140r/min to 160r/min, using the same methods to detect machine, electrical equipment. All results were normal. Processed products meet the technological requirements (surface roughness Ra1.6). Last we did impact detect for CMJ-1 of machine tool’s base bearing, all things were normal. In conclusion, “liquid Bearing” evidently reduces wear and friction and increase bearing’s service life.
某厂大钢瓶车间的主要设备之一的空压机,连续作业时间长,运转速度高,在高温的
压力下,润滑油的粘度急剧下降,油的轻质馏分加速蒸发,其重质残渣被热空气氧化而形成积炭、积炭造成缩小和堵塞空气通道,从而增加空气阻力,使温度相应增高。积炭也随之增多。致使阀门不能正常开闭,活塞环失掉弹性,造成气缸盖和活塞环散热不好,最终导致空压机不能正常运转工作。为此在空压机润滑油系统加入“万灵霸”添加剂。在此之前,先用“DJ电能综合测试仪”测试空压机电动机负荷电流为29A,用“JS-1精密声波计”测空压机的噪声为91dB。加入适量的“万灵霸”添加剂后再用上述两种仪器进行测试,数值分别为26A86dB,电流平均降低3A,机械效率提高10.3%;空压机的压缩空气出口温度也随之下降。
One of the major equipments of a cylinder workshop is compressor. It works a long time with fast speed under condition of high temperature and extreme pressure. So its viscosity decreased fast, and light cut fraction of oil vapor quickly. Its heavy residue was oxidized by hot air, forming carbon built-up which narrows and jams caused air line, thus the increased air resistance make temperature increased accordingly. Carbon deposit also increased. All the above consequence make valve cannot open and shut normally, piston rings lost flexibility, cylinder head and piston rings spread heat slowly, eventually leading air compressor cannot operate normally. To solve the problem, we add “Liquid Bearing” into air compressor’s lubricating oil system. Before adding “Liquid Bearing”, we use "DJ electricity all-purpose tester" to load current of air compressor electromotor, getting the result of 29A. We also use "JS - 1 precision acoustic meter" to get noise results of compressor achieve 91dB. After we added suitable amount “Liquid Bearing”, we use the above mentioned tools to do the test, finding the value become 26A and 86dB. The current had been reduced to 3A, and efficiency 哈达been raised by 10.3%. Outlet temperature of compressor also declined.
99型印制机是工厂的重要设备,每台造价在一百万人民币以上,该种设备在工厂数量较多,使用中由于某些部分润滑问题,使主轴齿轮箱温升高,振动和噪声较大。工厂在齿轮箱内的N68机械油中加入5%7%的“万灵霸”添加剂后,油温降低了58,噪声也有所降低。同时,印刷机在加,换油不方便的部位也加入5%“万灵霸”添加剂。该设备运行二年以来情况良好。另外对关健部位的版滚筒的一副双列向心球面滚子轴承(该轴承每只售价6000元人民币),由于运转时要经受20吨以上的压力,一般使用寿命35个月,现在采用在3#极压锂基脂中加入7%“万灵霸”添加剂,使寿命提高2.5倍,同时轴承座壳体温度也有所降低,无出现异常情况。
99-type printing machine, which cost more than 1million, is the important equipment of a factory with a large quantity. Because of poor lubrication of its apparatus, their gear box temperature increases quickly, and problems of vibration and noise are obvious. 5% to 7% of “ Liquid Bearing” is added into N68 machine oil of gear box, then the oil temperature has been reduced by5 ~ 8 , as well as the noise. We also add 5% "Liquid Bearing" in print machine’s parts that are hard to add or change oil. This equipment operates well in these two years. In addition, the key parts of the version cylinder’s double -row radial spherical roller bearings(this bearing sold price is 6,000 yuan/each) can only be used 3 to 5 months because it has to undergo more than 20 tons pressure in operation. Now used # 3 EP lithium-based grease is added 7% "Liquid Bearing" additives, so its service life is raised 2.5 times. What’s more, the temperature of bearing seat has been declined without abnormal situations.
齿轮加工设备的工作台传动蜗轮副是齿轮加工设备的心脏。在厂家生产时蜗轮与工作台是配套加工制造,在更换时也必需是整套更换,该套备件价格一般占全机价格1/10以上。特别是加工多头(四头以上)蜗轮时,由于齿数少,工作台转动比一般要加快四倍以上,因此在专门滚齿机进行加工。从使用情况看。一般蜗轮副23年就要更换一次。针对这种情况,工厂将万灵霸添加剂加入滚齿机工作台润滑油箱中使用,3年多时间,蜗轮副磨损很小,从目前直观的情况看,可再使用24年,即加入添加剂后,蜗轮副比原来耐磨23倍。按一台滚齿机蜗轮副价值12000元计算,每年可节省费用约4000元,而消耗2kg添加剂又需600元左右。
Table drive vortex pair is the heart of gear processing equipment. As production,vortex pair and operating platform are matched to manufacture, so they has to be changed together if is necessary. This set of spare parts account more than 1/10 of the machine. Especially when processing multi-head worm wheel( more than four heads ), operating platform rolls faster more than 4 times than usual because of fewer number of teeth, therefore, it should be processed in special gear machine. Stand at the point of usage condition, a common vortex pair should be changes every 2~3years. To solve that headache problem, “liquid Bearing” is used in workbench’s lubricating oil box of hobbing machine.  It has been 3 years since add “Liquid Bearing”, but the wear of vortex pair still keep less. Judging from the presented situation, it could be conclude that it can be used another 2~4 years. In another word, the service life of vortex pair has been improved to 2~3times since adding “Liquid Bearing”. A calculation can be made that the factory can save about 4,000 yuan according to a gear
